The other day, I received a box in the mail.
Inside the box was a case.
Inside the case was my beautiful new pair of glasses!
A cleaning cloth was tucked in, which will be helpful I'm sure.
The glasses are from Warby Parker, a company which was "conceived as an alternative to the overpriced and bland eyewear available today," according to the website. "[Our] aesthetic is vintage-inspired, with a fashion forward twist - and every pair is custom fit with anti-reflective, polycarbonate prescription lenses."
Each pair costs only $95, including shipping! You can also try on up to five frames, absolutely free, before you decide to purchase.
The best part of it all is that for every pair they sell, a pair is donated to someone in need who can't afford them. Cute glasses at a great price for a wonderful cause? I couldn't resist. Not to mention, they have amazing customer service too! Everyone I spoke with or e-mailed during the try-on and ordering process went out of their way to be helpful and kind.
Don't need glasses? You can purchase them without a prescription, if you simply want to look sharp, sassy and smart! ;)
