Blast from the past...

I just discovered these photos hidden in my computer from a 2007 family trip! The five of us visited Arizona for 10 days, traveling through Phoenix, Sedona and Flagstaff. It was an incredible vacation that I'll always remember! Not only was it magically fun, relaxing and warm, but it was a turning point. I was twenty years old, newly single, about to transfer colleges... and I made the decision that one day I'd move out west.

  1. My Grandma use to live in Pheonix and I visited her a couple of times years back. Wasn't the Grand Canyon unbelievable? I had to keep telling myself that it wasn't a painting!

  5. That was a very brave decision. I graduate with my 3 degrees in less than a year and I feel I will have to make a big move like that. You give me confidence though, since it has all turned out well for you.

  6. I have tossed around the idea of moving to California (my boyfriend grew up in Cali). You were super brave to make that decision, and follow through with it.
