Guest Post :: Runway to Room

I want to start by wishing The Loudmouth a great big happy birthday! I have had the pleasure of getting to know Stephanie both here and in person over the past year and she is always a source of great fun and laughter.

When she asked if I would be interested in partaking in this celebratory week, I immediately jumped at the chance. And I had just the post in mind. Over on my blog, North On Harper, I have a series of posts called Runway to Room. In these posts I take a photo of a stylish look and show how it can be translated to home décor. With this is mind; I thought it would be fun to do the same thing with one of Stephanie’s looks!

So, without further ado… Runway To Room: The Loudmouth Edition

Stephanie shared this photo with me of one of her favorite seasonal looks. I love how comfy the stylishly seasonal sweater looks, paired with a column maxi (that takes the look up a notch and the playful hat is perfect for a touch of personality!). The color palette is predominately neutral with white, black, grey and taupey-type color taking center stage. However, there is also a lovely accent red to keep this look exciting!

Here are my picks for the translation:

Sep/Oct 2011

Which translation is your favorite? What do you think of Stephanie’s look?
