Look Again :: 6 Looks with a Lace Top

I don't think I shop at Kohl's more than once every few years, but I happened to find this gem forever ago and I've worn it dozens of times. It's starting to look old and there are definitely some stains, but I can't help but keep it in my closet. The style and color are completely versatile and timeless! I've worn it with pants and skirts, but it looks best with shorts. Here's how you've seen it styled...

If you like this piece, I've found a few similar options by Guess, Lucky, and Forever 21. Do you also have that one item you just can't let go of? I'd love to hear about it!

  4. It's such a versatile top so I can see why you wear it alot! I have this burgundy cardigan I bought from Charlotte Russe like two years ago and I wear it at least once a week. I love it and it's so comfy! :)

  5. I love that second outfit so much!! I'm really bad at mixing and matching pieces because I just like to wear dresses all the time so I don't think I could answer your question. I wish I knew how to mix things up like that, I need to start buying separate pieces!

  10. There's nothing quite like a favorite top. I have a couple I can't remove from my wardrobe, but usually I'm pretty harsh about anything with stains. Out they go! My collection of leather jackets on the other hand will never leave me, stains or not.

  14. So pretty Steph! You know you can really look back at your high school experience and who you are today, and tell some people to SHOVE IT! Also, it probably did give you as much character and heart as you have today, so I know you're thankful for it. I also must add that I just so happened to buy an inexpensive lace dress from Target! I've been falling in love with lace! Luvs ya! -Jess

  16. I don't blame you for not wanting to let go of that top, it's so pretty!

Up until last week, I had a lovely purple lace dress that I ADORED but I tore it the second or third time I wore it. I always meant to get it fixed, but never did, I just kept it because it was so lovely. Eventually I realised it wasn't even fixable and last week, I decided to finally let it go.

  17. I'm such a sucker for lace. I had a very similar top to this from Forever 21 that I wore forever. It went with everything! I finally had to get rid of it a few months ago because it got a hole in it that I was starting to confuse for the head hole. Not good! You look totally gorgeous in all of these shots, but I especially love it with the white blazer!
