Lunch :: Spoiled with my Favorite Foods

The most exciting thing for me to experience while travelling isn't the shopping or sightseeing, but the food. I'm lucky that I had my aunt and cousin to introduce me to amazing eateries, and then also produce home-cooked goodness. Unlike yours truly, they both inherited kitchen skills from my grandmother -- but I'm happy to admire their work. I highly recommend Pizzeria Tra Vigne for Italian delights in Napa Valley, and the street vendors at Fisherman's Wharf for incredible seafood in San Francisco.

Our breakfasts: Arabic coffee, French toast, pancakes, eggs, and grapes (both store-bought and vineyard-cut). Our lunches: Pizza, garlic bread, calamari, clam chowder, gelato, and ice cream too. Our dinners: Salmon sandwiches, salmon pasta, red wine, and Polish beer.

  3. I totally agree with you about new food in new places. I go in a strange trance at the idea of visiting a new supermarket- in Canada I went into raptures in Walmart! So many different peanut butters :)
