Life + Lunch :: Lately

Here's what I've been up to the past two weeks, and of course, I can't help but include food photos. From top to bottom: 1) A refreshing day of gloom. 2) Crab fried rice at Original Thai, I think. 3) Scotch on the rocks? Yes, please. I may or may not be turning into a 50-year-old man. 4) Rock Band party! This was my first time playing and, surprisingly, I loved it. 5) Panda Express for the first time in, like, a year. They have shrimp! 6) Dodgeball for the first time since those traumatic high school gym days. Trampolines made it a blast. 7) I liked that this Oreo package said 'smile.' Cute, right? 8) One of my favorite snacks. It almost feels healthy. 9) I exclusively ate pasta for days. Oof. 10) Attempting to start a new trend by tucking thin sweaters. 11) Salad. That is all. 12) Co-worker Armon's awesome watch on his birthday. He told me the website, but I forgot. Oops. 13) Spent five hours at Corner Bakery on Saturday. 14) Spent four hours at Panera Bread on Sunday. 15) 16) 17) Breakfast at The Griddle with sweet Dina on Friday. No, these are not in order. And yes, you have seen pancakes from this place over five times now.

  1. If I lived anywhere close to you, I would insist that we hang out all the time! You're too cute.
    About RV - they need to get that shop up soon- or at least give us more details about that book!
    And about Taylor, I like the album so far, but like you said, I haven't listened to the second half of it yet! The debate shall be continued....

  8. I'm going to be completely honest about those pancakes. When I first scrolled through I thought you had an order of fancy Eggs Benedict on a brown plate. It wasn't until you said the word pancake that I saw that the "egg" was actually butter. I am so jealous of that meal. It looks amazing!

  11. That Thai food looks delicious! I am officially hungry now!

    I love Rock Band! When my cousin visits we end up playing for hours in our pajamas! LOL!

    I love working at my blog while I am at Panera or Starbucks. =) So relaxing.
