How About 4 Months of Free E-Courses on Starting Your Service-Based Online Biz?

One of my favorite parts of being a blogger is getting to share what I've learned along the way with you.

So today, I'm pleased to announce that over the next four months (August, September, October and November if you're not looking at a calendar right now) I'll be hosting e-courses right here on TLL covering blogging basics, social media, turning your blog into a business, and transitioning from an employee to an entrepreneur. These are all phases that I myself have gone through, and I'm really excited to guide you through your own journey from a personal perspective.

So, how is a free e-course on a blog going to work? Great question.

Each course is going to be a month long and include one post each week covering a different lesson having to do with that month's topic (more about that in a sec). Then, each blog post will come with worksheets that you can download and fill out on your own, print and stick up on your fridge, whatever (example here).

I'll also be sharing bonus tips in my Tuesday newsletters and Friday videos, as per usual, though you don't have to sign up for those (unless you want to, which you should). It'll also be easier for you to follow along if you're subscribed to my blog via Bloglovin' or some other type of feed. Just saying.

And yeah, I know I've already created an entire workbook about blogging, but the internet world moves FAST. There's always more to be covered!

Wanna take a peek at what you'll learn? Peep the deets below, along with additional resources to get you prepped and ready for action.

MONTH THREE (OCTOBER) // BLOG TO BUSINESS

Ready to make money through your blog? Don't leave your day job (yet). This month will teach you about the best ways to monetize and how, before making the leap to full-time. If you're more of a hobby blogger, that's cool too! You might wanna read these posts anyway just out of curiosity. Or not. I won't be offended.

HERE'S WHAT WE'LL COVER:
  • taxes, earnings, expenses, debt
  • ads, affiliates, e-books, e-courses
  • coaching vs. consulting
  • investing in education

MONTH FOUR (NOVEMBER) // EMPLOYEE TO ENTREPRENEUR

At this point, you've begun a kick-ass blog, built a solid social media following, and you've started making moolah. Congrats! Working an online business full-time is totally doable, but it takes determination, commitment, and of course a positive attitude.

This month, we'll get you ready to leave your jobby job and work for yourself, no matter what it is that you've chosen to offer through your blog -- coaching, copywriting, or creating something special.

HERE'S WHAT WE'LL COVER:
  • saving enough cash before you quit
  • health insurance and how to get it
  • virtual assistants and other help
  • leaving your workplace gracefully
  • confidence and credibility
  • sacrifices (and yes, they're worth it)
